Vibration type of self-aligning roller bearing
1、 The three types of vibration direction of self-aligning roller bearing are:
1. One of them is the vibration along the axis of the bearing, which is axial vibration.
2. The vibration mode generated in the radial plane of the bearing ring is called radial vibration.
3. In addition to the above two kinds of vibration, there is also the vibration of the radial plane of the self-aligning roller bearing ring relative to the diameter swing, which is called angular vibration.
2、 The mechanism of self-aligning roller bearing during vibration is as follows:
1. When forced vibration occurs during the use of the bearing, it is mainly caused by the error of the workpiece of the self-aligning roller bearing during the manufacturing process. Another factor is the linear vibration caused by the rolling element through the load when the bearing is running.
2. The mechanism of bearing vibration is actually caused by the inherent vibration of the self-aligning roller bearing structure. The main reason is that the bearing outer ring is regarded as the inherent vibration caused by the elastomer or steel body, and the steel body of the bearing inner steel ball is also the factor that causes the inherent vibration.
3. When using self-aligning roller bearings, such as scratches, burrs, rust spots, pitting, peeling and dust on the raceway surface of the bearing ring or the surface of the rolling body, it is easy to affect the pulse vibration of the bearing, which will cause the pulse period to be inversely proportional to the speed, and then seriously affect the size between the amplitude and the defect.
